Bbooties® Shipping Policy

Processing & Shipping:
Orders are processed within 30 business days because all products are made to order. Shipping is via Standard with tracking. Rates are calculated at checkout; free shipping may apply on certain orders.

Delivery & Tracking:
Delivery times vary by location. We are not responsible for delays or issues with the Czech Post.

Destinations & Customs:
We ship worldwide, but international orders may incur customs fees which are the customer's responsibility.

Damaged/Lost Packages:
Report damaged items within 48 hours with photos. Contact us for lost packages after the expected delivery period.
